Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Hit us so hard left the imprint of the licence plate complete with the Honda licence frame. Our car needed a new bumper and some of the parts holding the bumper on. Just one word "Flawless" yes that's what this team means. They were courteous, professional and also funny. I absolutely loved their attention to details and transparency in billing process. Timely updates and ease of communication ?? loved it. I would definitely recommend checking with Craftsman Collision before heading out to other body shops.

Scott was our DJ and MC at our wedding Sept 1 2018. Scott did alot of help for all entertainment at the wedding. He has great ideas and all my guest loved the dice game!! He did such a good job. Scott rolled with all the punches and was able to help us problem solve. He read the crowd very well and changed the music when he felt like it was needed. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key
