Called in for a broken spring on my door. They were very busy but the girl answering the phone said she would look at the GPS and see if any of the trucks were ahead of schedule and would call me right back. 10 minutes later she called to say a tech would be there in the next 90 minutes. Tech showed up 50 minutes later, was very professional and pleasant. Even did an annual service at no additional cost. I recommend Garage Door Depot to everyone.

They really know how to treat cats at this location, they are kind and will take in every cat. They are always trying to give these animals a fair shot! I've been booking surf sessions with Cody for a couple years now. We've made great progress adding new tricks to my run, the wave is excellent for airs, 360's, drifters, shuv-its. Conditions on the water are normally calm at the bay we ride in, have had so many sunny perfect days out there!

The service i have been given at this location
has been amazing. The last couple times I have been in the store, I have been helped by Joseph. He has gone over and above of what I'm sure he's expected to do, in order to satisfy the customer. I've so greatful for his helpful information, and for the time he puts into getting the customer exactly what they need. I'll 100% be back for anything else i may need in the future. The absolute best service I've received compared to best buy, vision and future shop for sure.
