I buy from Autoshack whenever I need something and their customer service is amazing and their prices are excellent. There is one negative aspect which is UPS delivery. I place an order that was shipped in the same day in 4 packages to arrive 2 days later. One package arrived 3 days later, 2 arrived 3 days later and the 4th package arrived one week later. I am in the Canadian Armed Forces (outside the province) and visit Richmond, ON two to three times per year to spend my leave with my parents. I have rented solely from this company since my parents moved here from Niagara Falls. They have always had a vehicle available, picked me up and dropped me off at my parents home each trip, a lot of times without a reservation. I will continue to utilize there service when I come and refer anyone I know that requires a rental car or other vehicle. 2PPCLI
