Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!

The Heights Laser Centre is in North Burnaby and had bonus Free Parking. I live in New West and it only took about 15 minutes. I felt comfortable as soon as I came into the facility and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with Dr. Jaffer and decided to get an eMatrix treatment to help with my aging skin. My dark spots lessened, my skin was firmer and I looked great. I also had Botox for my crow's feet and my forehead wrinkles. My husband did not think I needed treatment, but after he saw the results, he thought I looked terrific. I will continue to go the Heights Laser Centre for all my facial concerns. They are professional, knowlegeable and very kind. I am so glad I went.

I loved the care and compassion of the staff and the vet the most, but was also impressed by how clean this hospital is - cleaner than any Vet I've seen before. The prices are fair and they followed up about my Lucy after she had healed. They are also patient and flexible about rebooking appointments or booking at short notice. We started taking our mini poodle, Coco, to 'Just for Barks' when she was 4 1/2 months old. What a difference this has made. When we 1st took Coco she was a hyper-active, hyper-excitable puppy. In a very short time with Odette's teaching along with being with the other well behaved dogs, Coco has become a lovely, calm, responsive pup. The best part has been the basic teaching that my husband & I have received. We now know how to address some of the issues with a puppy.

Another BBY florist did not have my order done and by chance (lucky for me) I went into Metro Flowers. I needed 7 cut flower items for 6am the following morning and it was already 7pm. I watched as the florist, on the spot, put together a beautiful arrangement for another customer and wrapped up another single flower. I told her what I needed and 10 minutes later I had it; perfect!! I was so impressed I had her make me another arrangement I had not planned on. Fast, talented, courteous!
