I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. Im caring for my elderly father, so the sink problem was a significant matter for me. Urgently, I called them at Drain Rescue plumber, explained the issue & the situation. Rob is fantastic. He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated. Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. Very helpful over the phone on initial discussion about bin sizes, rates, etc. Prompt / on-time delivery of a good condition bin with no driveway damage. During bin use, we had a question. Immediately answered with a phone call. Called for bin pick-up and this occurred within about an hour. Todd and his team were professional, completed the work on time and it totally transformed the look of our kitchen for a fraction of what it would have cost us to switch out our cabinets. About a month ago, we noticed 2 cupboards that had some minor issues that we were hoping Todd's team could repair.
