I took my 17 " MacBook Pro to Aitan because it wouldn't accept an OS X upgrade from 10.5.8. to 10.6.3 via DVD. Aitan took care of the problem perfectly and installed the upgrade without issue. He also advised me that my DVD drive may need replacement however he advised that we take a 'wait and see' appreoach to how it works going forward. In my world, it's important to have a trusted car mechanic, a trusted barber and a trusted computer consultant. I now have the latter. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed. Lire plus
