I went to the Ottawa Street store based on favourable reviews to replace a camera that quit. Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. I have been going to Battlefield Dental for 9 years now. All the staff from Reception through to Dr. Langer are Fantastic. They have a jungle room with a TV with a choice of movies for your little ones and a toy box in every room to entertain them while your teeth are taken care of. My son always has a fresh baked carrot muffin when we leave. Great atmosphere and very professional.

Took my parents computer to the Upper Wentworth location in Hamilton and the technician - Andrew was extremely helpful and downloaded a new internet browser which solved the problem on the computer. Andrew was very helpful, understanding and very efficient at fixing the problem. My parents are grateful that he fixed their computer at the same time I walked into the store and for no charge. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Thank you Andrew!
