Have been travelling here for Krown rust protection on two vehicles now-our local Krown isn't known for great service or work and well that last Rustcheck (local business) visit was not at all worth the headaches and staff seemed less than enthused/knowledgeable to be working in such an environment. Had heard Krown/Discount car wash In Sturgeon Falls was fantastic and really at that point what did we have to lose? Well we are not sorry we took that chance. fantastic service always!

Great customer service made it very quick and easy. Only thing is for your northern cars I find it very unsafe to have all seasons. Paying for a car that makes you very unsafe to drive on the roads is frustrating.

I was in a car accident Feb. 12th and had to rent a car while mine was fixed. Kelly and Anthony went above and beyond to make sure that I had a safe vehicle to drive. When the engine light came on the first rental, they quickly got me into another vehicle. They sent the rental with the engine light to the shop for a quick turn around so I could get that vehicle back. When the car was not available, they got me into the same car just a different colour. Amazing people to deal with.

If you want good honest service go with expertech i have nothing but good to say about them they have never ripped me off or over chagered everything seems to be a good fair price i will always recommend them

When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.

It was first time doing business with these guys, and definitely won't be the last. Their knowledge and expertise is noticed right away, and customer service, is impressionable.
No regrets here, it was worth my trip from Sturgeon Falls to Chelmsford to get my glass changed.
