I haven't purchased yet but I have spoken to Mesh on multiple occasions about the best areas to purchase, advise on developments, financing, prices, etc. I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, very approachable, and great to deal with. Leila was absolutely wonderful. We worked with her for just a short time when my boyfriend and I were looking to rent a condo. We fell in love with one that was over budget and Leila helped us come up with an offer as well as made things go swimmingly with the landlord.
