I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I was sold the wrong tire rims from a Fountain Tire in Alberta last Spring. When I went to put my winter tires on a week ago, I found out about the mistake. I went to the Pembina Fountain Tire and they took full responsibility and fixed the problem promptly. They contacted the Alberta Fountain Tire, switched my tires to proper rims, and on top of all that- put my winter tires on, free of charge.
