My boyfriend and I often go here because it's the only Dim Sum we know that uses carts in Mississauga. We particularly like it as they seem to have a much wider selection (e.g. crab claws, suckling pig) than normal restaurants which serve Dim sum.
In terms of quality, I don't think they are best. I have had much better quality of food at other restaurants. Also, even though the selection is vast... What happened to the shui mai? How do you have crab claws and not shui mai?!?! (Edit: Found out you need to order the shui mai... I did and it was not good at all)
I noticed the cart ladies seem to be a bit more strange than at other restaurants... Some will FLY past you, others will scream food names right at you. It is kind of fun for me and my boyfriend to laugh about. (I should note we are both Chinese and both have gone to various restaurants for Dim Sum, and we notice the cart ladies here are particularly strange)
What I found particularly interesting is how many non-Chinese people eat here. I think it's the only Dim sum place I have seen to have such a variety of people here.
I should note that this place gets amazingly busy around noon. My boyfriend and I tend to go around 10:30 or 11 and usually find a seat quickly. If you come at 12 (especially looking for a larger table) you are doomed! haha
So to sum it up:
-Amazing and sometimes unique selection... except that the shui mai has disappeared!
-Decent food quality but not the best. E.g. The shrimp in the ha gow tastes fishy, the dough fritter in the chun fun is soggy sometimes, the spare ribs in the black bean spare ribs w/rice are so boney ahhh!
-Strange cart ladies lol. Sometimes rude, sometimes friendly
-Get there before 12 if you don't like waiting! It's actually more normal to eat Dim sum earlier in the day anyway :).
Also, it seems one reviewer on here stated that the adults and kids are noisy. This is normal for a Chinese restaurant, especially as one as big as Emerald.

We booked Spring Man Canada for snow removal the day of an anticipated snow storm... and thank god we did! Woke up today to an amazing job well done... an early Christmas miracle. This is our first time getting any type of snow removal help, and we are definitely impressed with the results so far. It made our morning much less stressful. Thanks again!

Once again Hernandez Sanitation Services did an excellent job. Called at 9:00 am Tuesday May 25/21 and they arrived before 11:00 am. The system was plugged and within a half hour was up and running. Recently picked up wall stones and patio stones, I was blown away with the service. Alex in the office was very helpful; he calculated all of my material and gave great design suggestions. Everything so far had been spot on! I now have a great looking patio and garden. I would highly recommend Toemar if you are a home owner or do it your-selfer. I will be back in the spring for some mulch!

Franks Tree Service provided prompt and excellent service. They did everything necessary for the removal of our 7 large trees, two of them being huge multi-limb Manitoba Maples, from our backyard. Everything about the removal was meticulous - cutting of tree, cutting it into the logs, shredding, etc. Nothing was left to chance. This job was not an easy one. Anywhere from manoeuvring around in tight spaces to hydro wires & neighbours fences. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent library and awesome collection. Free wifi, neat cafeteria and cozy reading space. They have meeting rooms too for privacy. And the best part is, it's free. Even you can rent DVD's for free. What else one can ask more?
