The first time I used Jay Will Appliances, it was for a dishwasher repair. He said that he could fix the problem but it would probably be cheaper to replace the dishwasher itself. I truly appreciated his honesty. I recently called him again for a fridge repair. He put time and effort into researching and providing information for a possible fix. I called late at night to ask if the ice cream machine was still on, and was greeted by a manager named Rebecca. She was fantastic and showed me excellent customer service by quickly informing me of the schedule of how long they would have the machines open. I brought my two cats here while we had to be away for a couple of weeks. They were very helpful at explaining their process and resources so I felt very comfortable leaving them there.
