I brought my vehicle into them with a tire problem on short notice. They took the vehicle in, was able to solve the problem and have my vehicle ready when I needed it. Today I awoke to find that I had a flat tire. After using a portable compressor to fill tire w/ air I went to the my local kal Tire store. I asked if they could repair my tire and ther repair was completed in 1/2 hour. Thanks to Natasha @ front desk and Balal who repaired my flat. Both were very courteous and efficient. I was also able to make a Dr. appoinment on time as well. All the staff @ the store @ 3314 32 ST. ne.and have always been great over the years that I have frequented their store

I am sure you get a few complaints through your Customer Service Department.
This not a complaint at all.
I have been a customer at your 67 Street location here in Red Deer for many years. I had a little bit of a difficult time with the Branch 3 or 4 years ago but that has all changed, for the better. The staff are once again helpful and seem interested in my business.
This positive change has, I think, has been a result of a change in branch managers.

Great service at Kal Tire. I had a tire problem years ago near Provost and Kal tire there stayed after hours to get me back on the road within an hour and a half. I’ve done to Lois and her Kal Tire in Lacombe ever since. Great service in Lacombe too!

Went to have my all-season exchanged for all-weather recently.
Was told it would take up to one hour and a half and it was done in that time frame. Great service. Fair price. Will go there again.
