I have had my hearing aids for close to three years. They are an excellent product, however I have had a couple glitches, mainly due to my own carelessness. I have found the assistance provided by both Kristen and Lisa to be amazing. On separate occasions, they have each resolved the problems, and restored full function, with no charge for expertise and helpful, positive attitudes. I plan to be a customer for life, and I highly recommend the products and the staff at Strathroy Ampliphon.

Let me start by saying that Venus was great! She made the entire process super easy and attended to all my concerns until I was satisfied. If anyone is looking to hear better she's the person to go to! She genuinely cares, and it is noticeable that her concern is to make her patients feel comfortable and satisfied. Overall, my experience was great and I would definitely recommend it!!!
