I discovered Northern Protocol quite by accident 7yrs ago when I first moved to Barrie. Accidents aren't pleasant but I can assure everyone reading, discovering them certainly was. My computer repairs have always been done with total professionalism & accuracy. I'd say that Northern Protocol is a definite "medical facility" when a computer is ill. I was today at Techcity Scarborough - 1275 Kennedy Road. I was looking for a Laptop and a Tablet. Ali Johar became the contact person for me. He showed me many products to choose from. There was a wide variety. Ali Johar was very patient, polite, respectful and sincere. No compulsion. He showed me the products which were close or under my budget.
