I received my quote the next day & work commenced the next week. I added additional work to be done & even with the additional work they stayed within a very tight time frame & completed. Now my neighbours walk by & taking pictures of the finished job as it looks absolutely outstanding. Gary was a pleasure to work with & any questions or concerns that I had, he dealt with right away. I just needed to take a moment of my time to give thanks to the amazing Cashier Danyell (sp?) I just felt as though she went out of her way to help me. I just moved to Mission and I am not used to such attentive store clerks ! Love this small town feel! I will be back for sure!

Never had any problems with this place. They're helpful and make sure you have the right component, prices are great and you get what you want quickly. I haven't tried their online ordering but it's very easy to get to their store - right behind the Ikea off of Knight St.

Wonderful, simply wonderful! Was greeted the moment I walked in, had great service. Manager was positive and helped a lot. Prices were what I expected them to be and clothes they are selling are in great shape. I even found some new stuff for my baby. I went in to buy a new pair of prescription glasses and Sunny was a great help; he was extremely knowledgeable and made recommendations based on my needs. SNV mainly stocks higher end fashion frames but I was moreso looking for middle of the range frames. Regardless, I felt like a valued customer and had a positive purchasing experience. I had to unexpectedly put my 21 year old cat down last week….I showed up at the clinic bright and early, heart broken and without an appointment, to see if they could take care of this for me. The people I met at the clinic were simply amazing. They made sure I was taking care of during this difficult time and they took care of my cat with the most delicate and respectful way.
I would definitely recommend the clinic for all animal lovers – the staff was truly outstanding.
