Really great little gem in Port Moody. Has such a local feel. Big patio, and quite a large seating area inside. The coffee is pretty good, as are the snacks! Lots of non-caffinated drinks as well. Definitely a place to settle in with a newspaper, coffee and snack and just chill out for awhile!

But I called Benjamin Auto Towing right away and they came all the way from Coquitlam to maple ridge! Right on time and as fast as they could. The best service in town!!! call them if your stuck in a hurdle!!!

And the moving team were outstanding - Chad and his team were the best. Love this store! They have so much produce and meats, veggies, dry goods, etc., it's like a mini supermarket. They do need to have more rolls of bags available at each end of their produce boxes though, that's a bit of a pain, but I've learned, just grab a whack of them at once before getting fruits/veggies (instead of whining to others in the store).

I don't appreciate the other "SarahBaker" using my name to spread such lies. I've been a member since march 2011 and have loved every minute! I've tried regular gyms, team sports and going for daily walks and after a few weeks I would loose motivation, get bored and never see results. I've lost 6 pant sizes in about 5 months and have been going 3-5 times a week since I joined. I've NEVER done that for longer than a few weeks in the past!! AND I now look forward to working out. I started working there in August, and haven't looked back. We don't pressure or intimidate. We just want you to give your best. Whatever that may be. We have women of all shapes, sizes, age, and fitness/martial arts experience. It's fun, and a great stress relief! Come in and ask me, I'll tell you I'M the REAL Sarah Baker.

I got a flat tire December 17th evening, took the car in at opening 8am in hopes they could patch it. They got me in and fixed it right away! No charge. Amazing service, great staff. And they left me a flower on the dash. Nice touch! Thank you and I will definitely use Kal Tire again.

Incredible! I have gone to Amir for 20 years and he has always provided great service and quality repairs at a reasonable price. Two or three times he told me a problem was not as bad as I thought and fixed it without a major repair and once directed me to the dealer/manufacturer as I was unaware it was under warranty. This man is so trustworthy!
