Highly recommend! Official Crossfit Affiliate, the programming in the workouts are top notch! Small class size, which is perfect as you get more personal attention. Members are friendly and welcoming, trainers are personable and professional. The trainers are quick to assist with any form corrections, and stress safety when performing any of the movements.They also have a crossfit kids program, which is great! Stop by today, it doesn't seem like a workout when you are having this much fun! Lire plus
