Natalie repaired a zipper pull on a parka for m smoothlyAs soon as I got home and used the coat, the zipper split wide open. I took it back to her. She patiently tried about 20 other sliders before she found one that worked. She really knows her craft. Great to deal with.

Could not find a taylor in Whitby who was able to replace a zipper in a coat. My husband suggested the taylor he uses. The daughter told me her father would call the following Monday. He did & said it will be ready Thursday, the coat was ready on Wednesday. Anyone looking for a taylor, I recommend Stitch in Time on Lupin Drive. Excellent work.

I have used Sew Perfect Alterations for a variety of jobs over the years. The service is excellent. Repairs are so well done, you can't even tell there was anything wrong with the garments in the first place. This is my GO-TO place for everything to do with sewing, repairs - even had a bridal gown preserved through Sew Perfect. Gorgeous!

The staff is very helpful and knowledgable, they make their customers feel like they are the only ones in the store and do not rush you in any way. They are very informative and encouraging of any projects you may be working on, Their machines are excellent quality as well.
