Starts from the owners down, top-notch customer service, reasonable prices, and they do not forget about you once you make your purchase. Bought our hot tub 10 years ago and still getting great customer service, including in-house service almost immediately after requesting it. Highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a hot tub, spa, swimming pool, chemicals, or anything related, you give them a visit.

Delivered our spa on time and as promised AND have been quick with the turn around on warranty work. PLUS an incredibly knowledgeable woman doing their water testing. She does it right in front of you using titration methods so I know I can trust the numbers. Plus they dont push any magic elixers. Just the chemicals you really need, even if Im using the Trouble Free Pool approach which really cuts down on the high-margin products I might otherwise buy.

Was very pleased with the service received at Embers Fireplaces and More in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They have some really good deals and promotions on new fireplaces, barb-q's, grills, stoves, furnaces and other great home renovations furnishings in Winnipeg. I have only stayed in a room here, not a suite, so I cannot speak for a suitable length of stay for someone in a suite.
