I visited the Coquitlam location today for a quick service. Now I don’t know anyone who loves to take their car in, what we want is a good job done and we want it done quickly. This is exactly what I got at this location. Sukh and his staff were courteous, focused, efficient, and helpful. The price couldn’t be beat and the work was well done. I highly recommend.

Crystal is a great trainer and keeps her classes enjoyable. I would recommend her classes to anyone, at any age, at any fitness level.
