Excellent staff here. Each and every staff member was professional but friendly. Very honorable work ethics, and pride in their work was evident at all times. This is our third baby with Bear Bottoms and the customer service is excellent. I tell you Jill's experience with the diapers goes above and beyond. I have numerous friends and even a family member using the service and everyone loves the product and service. I can't tell enough people about this.
