Airdrie Registry

I was in there recently to register 2 units and walked out of there very frustrated. She refused to register my newly purchased suv and small flatbed. I went to another registry office in another town and without question with a smile and great service got them both registered. I will never step foot into that business again and will tell others. I wish I would have gotten the young inexperienced gals name.

Only place in Airdrie, so customer service is non-existent. Quality management is lacking.

Terrible 4% service charge better to do it online

Better to update registration online. Service charge, 4%, and ID check to use a credit card. When questioned answerer was its a policy.

Worst registry to take your drivers license test there logic is everyone should fail their first time so even if you are a good driver and paid your OWN money to take the test seems more like a scam then a place to get your license

My son went to do his road test this morning, of course he didn’t pass and that’s ok, but i think instructors should give clear instructions of what needs to be done, if the instructors is asking to park uphills or downhills in a flat road I think the direction should be clear enough so the instruction is understandable and it can be performed as good as it can be. I think the instructor are very rude and not empathetic at all with the kids that are so excited to take their test. Money grabber

Horrible service, they give wrong information every time. Making you have to come back multiple times. Along with a site that isn’t helpful at all. The employees have attitude and horrible tone of voice to their clients.

Driver Examiner Janet made me feel at ease and was fair in her examination. The lady at the counter upgrading my license was efficient and gave me all the options I had available at the time. Would use again!

I made 3 trips to this location, each time taking an hour off work and arriving at 4:30. Each time the person who is supposed to take care of the AHS stuff had left early. Must be nice...

Do not take your road test here , they will fail you on purpose to take your money.

great service, friendly staff. very knowledgeable. I cant imagine what the registry agents put up with a lot, they do not make the rules but must follow government procedures. i will definitely come back to this registry and recommend it to anyone. thank you.

We went in the day before to ask, what do we need to transfer our driver's license from Saskatchewan to alberta. We were told to bring something in with our new address. We had a bill which was forwarded to us by Canada Post, and a letter from my employer with our new address on it. They still refused to help us. Thanks... Welcome to Airdrie.

Refused to let my son take his upgraded road test as his name did not appear on the insurance card. Insurance company phoned the registry to confirm that he was indeed insured but they said too bad and too late. They cancelled his road test and also kept our $140.00.

Terrible service....

Terrible service. The supervisor refused a proper signed printed bill of sale from a dealer, with business name and info, serial number and all needed info, with all supporting documentation as well, on the grounds SHE did not think a printed bill of sale from a dealer was valid. She didn't like (get this)the shape of the paper?!!? That level of incompetence is shocking. Naturally went elsewhere and had ZERO ISSUES getting my new veh plate. AVOID Airdrie. Just go elsewhere and avoid headaches.
