The waiting time is minimum 3.5hrs to see this surgeon and never enough sets to sit. People are in the hallway, waiting to see this doctor which has no bedside manner

he has no respect for other peoples time. Way overbooked ALWAYS

This is a very busy office, with one specialist trying accommodate the needs of many. We are fortunate to have such a skilled professional providing service within Calgary and area. My elderly mother has been seeing Dr. Anand for years, and he is so wonderful with her-i.e. always friendly and warm. He takes time to explain her results and his recommended course of action. His approach to patient care is unsurpassed. He clearly puts the needs of others before his own.

Very unprofessional and they have RADIO OR SOMETHING SAYING LIKE MOSQ OR SOMETHING IT VERY ANNOYING AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DONT GO HERE.

It is unacceptabl...

It is unacceptable and completely unprofessional to make a patient with appointment to wait 2-3 hours. We have to pay for missed appointments, but I am wondering is anyone paying us for the wasted hours? People have a life too... if doctors expect respect, shouldn't be the patients entitled to some too? I am going to change my doctor and I hope to find one that respects his patients.
