The leather couches and table had scratches. Movers escaped fast after unloading and forgot to leave bolts for the bed. The bed was from IKEA and therefore was impossible to find similar bolts to assemble it. Eventually my son had to buy another bed as his old bed was impossible to use and we need to get rid of it and this was another hassle... For my next moving I found other company with extra $$$ but its better quality

Unfortunately, we had terrible experience with Canadas Leading Van Lines moving company. Two big table extenders were lost and the metal decoration of server table was broken in four places. This company has ZERO responsibility for the damage and loss they have done. You have to buy insurance signing the agreement with CLVL moving company and the insurance deduction is $450. So, do NOT expect to be compensated if they break or lose your furniture.

Beware this company makes chronic misleading statements. In our original communications we were told the ETA would be approx 18-22 days from departure. The day after the non-refundable deposit was made and the day before the scheduled pick up the ETA suddenly changed to 3-6 weeks. When asked about the 18-22 days they said it was 18-22 "business" days. When asked to clarify "departure" date they said it was the date the goods left the warehouse. We are now at 5 weeks/35 days/25 business days and

I definitely made the right decision choosing this company for my move! The sales staff was always kind and no matter who I spoke to, I was treated with respect. The movers were just as great, they were so kind to me and my family, and they were so careful with all our items. The final price was very close to the estimate I received, so no surprises there! I cannot recommend this company enough, it was an amazing experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!
