I would give 0 starts but won't let me Their equal monthly payment plan sucks when you return the a portion of the transaction. You will still be billed the whole amount even if you return a portion of that transaction. I spoke to a customer service representative but they cannot prove it in paper that I am not being billed for the amount that has been returned. And they hung up on me as their last resort. Beware using Canadian Tire Mastercard for installment plan!!!

I went for an oil change. They said I had to book days in advance so I did. I brought the car in at my schedule appt at 1:00. I figured I had an appt. so it would take an hour at the most. No updates and car was ready at 5, 4 hours later. Not sure what the point was to make an appt.

I went in to this location to buy new tires. The guy at the desk seemed that I needed a lesson in tire tread instead of offering me any kind of help for what they could have in Stock. They only had 3 tires in Stock of the one I requested and he didn't offer to see what was available at nearby stores nor did he suggest an alternative. I he treated me like I was an idiot who didn't know anything and basically said he couldn't help me. As a woman I felt disrespected and I will not return.

They had 2 tills open and when i tryed to pay one of the tills had a lady paying with 100 dollers if canadian tire money and the casheir was so slow and a suppervisor opened and when i went to him he closed so i lost my space in line i then put my things done and walked out poor service
