    Brad has created a beautiful monument for my parents. Being a family owned business, he gave us his undivided attention, expertise, knowledge, and exceptional customer service so we were able to create a unique monument.     Thank you to Brad for a beautiful monument he created for us. He sure knew his stuff, he made a special appointment for us and didn't rush us through it, and he was patient with us throughout the whole process. Not to mention, AMAZING prices!     First Call Monuments,provided first rate service. Brad patiently showed us numerous monument designs and then helped us create a headstone that was perfect for us. His knowledge of the different characteristics of the many stone and font types, and how they worked together was invaluable. We were extremely happy with the entire process
