I had the best experience ever with this registry today! My driver instructor for my Class 5 Basic Exam was so polite and easy going an made the whole experience way less nerve racking. Amanda who was the registry agent who helped me is such a sweetheart and totally amazing, I couldn't thank her enough! Would recommend this registry to anyone who may be considering getting their road test done here! Such an awesome staff!

My overall experience was terrible. Any indian road tester will fail you no matter what. It will be better if they will put back the previous road tester before.

When I took my first road test for GDL 5,I did not pass.I try again and request the lady name Judy.the reason why is,I saw a bad comments here that she's strict ...I can say yes she is very strict in the right way.Judy is the Best!!!and all the employee in this registry.

Still dont get what the fuss is all about?

Honestly, I cant find any reason why people give negative comments about Judy or the registry as a whole. Yes, Judy, as most of us isn't a native English speaker but a lady of high standards. Just do what is expected of you in terms of road test and you'll be fine. She simply doesn't want careless drivers on the road and she is good at explaining to you at the end of the test. Let's face the facts and not personality. Also by the way, the registry experience was great.

The name of the agent I had a bad experience with is Sasha. Had a "pleasure" to work with her 2 times. Both times horrible. Very patronizing, not willing to explain anything even when I told that I didn't know how it worked and needed explanation. Behaving emotional with customers which real professional shouldn't do. She definitely needs to be re-trained and her soft skills improved.

I liked the service at this Registry. Had a driving test with Judy and everything seemed to be right and professional. She is strict on test but ....hey, how many unskilled drivers you wanna see on the road?

This registry is a No, No registry. All they concern is about your money not about u. Especially with that Juddy examiner nobody shd take a road test with her.

THE BEST REGISTRY IVE BEEN IN!

The driving examiner my fiance got was awesome. Very calm and very professional an level headed. I feel the reviews that rate one star are people who truly cannot drive or park. The requirements for testing are so basic and very manageable. The ladies at the counter are VERY informed and are Very competent and willing to go the extra mile for you and truly are there to help you. I have had only success at this registry and there is NEVER a line! The ladies are quick and efficient. Thanks ladies!

NEVER EVER DO A R...

NEVER EVER DO A ROAD TEST HERE! The examiner name is judy and she is the worst person I have ever met in my life. Not only is she a horrible person but also a bad examiner and doesn't speak proper English. During the test she screamed at me and grabbed me. She doesn't know how to count either! I was on my second try for pp and she said I was on my forth. She is very rude and just overall terrible. When I first read the reviews about her I thought it was an over exaggeration but trust me its not!

I scheduled a basic road test today, August 20, 2011 and paid $78.50 to Registries Direct Inc. at 2404 Centre St. NE Calgary . My friend lent me his car and when the driver examiner checked the date it says July 06, 2011 to July 07,2011 . It was obviously the Insurance misprint so they could not go on with the test. My friend talked to the examiner and the manager and they were both rude especially the lady manager who was speaking loud where the people inside were all looking at us. It was embarrassing and I feel sorry for my friend . I feel like it will be just fair to refund the road test fee because there was no testing done. And I hope the manager would be a little bit more courteous and treat people with respect.
