    I used this clini...

    I used this clinic when I was pregnant, started at 31wks gestation and I think the services were good..reception and customer care service was good..the only downside is there are so many doctors who are involved in your care so you do not have a constant doctor like other clinics

    I would not recom...

    I would not recommend this clinic. I was referred to this clinic from my family doctor at 34 weeks. Reception is poor in customer service and they speak to you rudely. I was on the northwest maternity side. Every visit no matter what time there is a rush of pregnant woman. There are so many ppl in the waiting area most times there are no seats. I have witnessed several other patients who have waited over 1.5 hr to be called into their side. I for one always had to wait and one time had to wait an hr to be called in and then I had to wait another 15 min for the doctor to come Inwhich she only saw me for not even 5 min and abruptly left to see another patient. I booked my second appointment but before that had to emphasize with a "hello?! Excuse me?!" As the girl was sitting concentrated on her phone. She came over and booked me in and I was provided a card with date and time for my next appointment. During that appointment I arrived at 225 as my appointment was for 230. Reception indicated my appointment was at 2pm. I showed her the card that was written to me. Even though it was their fault they made me wait to see a Dr. I was seen again for less than 5 min by the same Dr and she abruptly left again to see her other patients. I also waited to book another appointment but no one was at the desk. I was agitated so I left without booking. I then receive a call 4 hrs after my appointment being accused of stealing a Doppler. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. They are absolutely ridiculous and I am appalled they are the way they are. Very disappointed.
