Slaby Jiri Dr

I was a patient of Dr. Slaby 1.5 to 2 years ago. At the time he brought up the possibility of cancer and that I would have to be monitored. I was told to take a bloodwork requisition and contact him in 8 months to a year. Bloodwork has come and gone... I have phoned and left messages on several occasions... obviously falling through the cracks!

My husband passed away six months ago and it is only now I am able to write and thank Dr Slaby for the extraordinary care he provided for him.His clinical plan gave us 2 and 1/2 years of additional life and memories for which we are forever grateful for.Words can never thank him enough for the hope he gave us all the while walking his journey with us. Dr Slaby is a kind,compassinate and amazing man and the profession of medicine is fortunate to have him.As part of the system I know.
