Very bad experience....one payment declined because of credit card expiry...instead of calling me to ask for new card # or other credit card they sent in notice for cancellation and asked for full remaining amount.....really frustrating.....and accounting depoartment will not talk to you regarding the notice......waoh....will never ever insure anything with them
I have been on hold for 1 1/2 hours. Terrible service. I have been with MM for 30 years and may have to change companies so I can talk to someone! How can I pay you if I am unable to get ahold of you???
