unprofessional and careless service
Staff has no knowledge about what they are doing . They are least concerned about what kind of treatment they are giving to the patient and what is the patient's economic condition. They tell you , about alberta health coverage and then at the end they say " you are not covered and therefore will charge $ 110 - $ 150 . it is like a shock to you . It would be better if they say you will need to pay first and then , by checking your condition they would say" Oh you r covered by alberta health" ... it is a pleasent shock!! Rather then the other way around , frankly speaking , I am not at all in an economical position to pay for it , but 'cos I have not valid proof ,I will have to pay for it !! it is my one month's salary !! too bad service as well. Please make sure before going , and ask several times before they even touch you ! if you are concerned about ur vallet !
