Horrible horrible horrible, the worst customer service, the worst people to deal with. After receiving so many invoices that were conflicting, receiving one and then receiving another that is more expensive. I fired them, and then they sent me to collect agency for $45. If you ever want to have your credit damaged then hire these guys. And don't believe my review just look at how many other terrible 1 Star reviews are on the Internet for this company.

I have been using Western Tub and Pool for the past 10 years to service our tub and do occasional repairs. They have always been hard to get ahold of sometimes returning my calls a week late. Then they say they will come out and not show up as its too cold. Last December I had the top side or control panel replaced as the tub wouldnt heat up. Last week I had the same problem which they wouldnt cover the warranty as I had another company come out when they didnt answer the phone. Bad service!

Western Tub and Pool is probably one of the most poorly run companies I know. Firstly I rented a tub in September for a party i was having on Friday night. When i called to rent, we were told it would take 24hours to heat, so we got it delivered Thursday. We also extended the rental to a month cause it was only an extra 150 bucks when I was already paying 350 for just the weekend.
