Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Highly discourage using this company and I highly do not recommend as Enterprise is not professional in their business. Cold Lake Enterprise rarely answers the phone. They rent out vehicles that are damaged and will create further damage during your rental then will have their Ontario headquarters contact you saying you damaged the vehicle and need to pay or they threaten to go to debt collections. They will not negotiate. Do not rent a vehicle from this business, you will get screwed over. Scam

Be sure to refill your rental vehicle as they have a refueling rate that is 2.5 times what you can do it for yourself!

Very helpful, great customer service. Wouldn't hesitate one bit to rent there again.

I rented a car a few weeks back and I could not of gotten better service, price or customer care then I received from them. I have been raving to everyone I know about my experience and thought its one thing to pass along the good word. This business has treated me quite well, and I am happy with the vehicle that they had to loan to me. I have found they do not have a lot of selection to the type that I usually drive, but they have some good luxury vehicles that are still nice to drive. Even more so, they were kind whenever I called their business also.
