Very disappointing in the front end staff .What kind company would allow someone to leave without paying for their service not even including the fact they claim to say that I was going to just pay for another service elsewhere.(getting my nails done?)No legitimate company would ever do that. Ever... The outstanding balance is then sent to collections 3 ½ years later.Why I was never aware of the balance and no one’s ever contacted me.They did have my correct information. Very Unprofessional
