Gulliver Garage Doors

Called and they came out. The guy they sent (I can’t remember his name) was efficient and very pleasant. The other reviews say they are very expensive, I found them to be reasonable. You can’t get something for nothing. I’m very pleased with the work that was done.

Never use this company they are overpriced and don’t give a proper invoice

Great service from Ofer I was very happy to have my garage door repaired on a Sunday. Didn’t have to wait, only sad thing a few scratches on my vehicle which we saw after he was gone from the ladder, if the springs broke again I would use the company and hope my vehicles were not in the garage,.

Poor service and higher quote and want to charge more for part not related to the fault,not helpful at all.Repair cable cost $360 & want to repair all roller for total amount of $500. Finally I just want to repair the cable and paid for $360. Next day,The door bend in the centre and come and blame problem cause by roller and want addition charge of $500 to repair. Call another company and able to fixed the problem in <45 min by install addition bar and realign the door cost $105. Shame on them

First off i called Edmonton Garage Doors i believe it was called but turns out to be a call front for Gulliver because thats who showed up. It was my fault for not calling around but in the end i paid about 200 more then anywhere else in Edmonton for the same work and warranty and i called 8 different places to confirm this. They seem to be indifferent to it and will come up with all kinds of very week justifications for the additional costs but thats what you would expect.

Overpriced and scam artists. Tried to shake me down for $300.00 when I declined what seemed to be an overpriced estimate. Did my homework and found out these guys have a bunch of fake websites and company names and basically rip people off all the time. Never call these jokes.

Overcharged me, threatened me, legitimately worried about my safety and safety of my house now.

Professional, Reasonable same day service SO THANKFUL

Thank you again Gulliver garage doors for the outstanding service that was provided to me!! I called in and the person over the phone was very nice and professional. I had had called other companies and no one was available to come help me. Gulliver came out the same day within hours and the gentleman who did my repairs was professional and throughly explain my problem and how much it would cost to fix it. price was reasonable and I haven't had any issues since. I will always use Gulliver THANKS

Gulliver garage door came to our home under a misled company name. When they arrived they gave a quote of $300, did the work to install new springs & cable. Once completed, We were advised that the bill total was now a whopping $861.00! He already had our credit card # so had no choice but to pay! When calls to question him on his deceitful practice he was rude, abusive, swore at us and hung up. Several attempts to contact him back and he will not answer. This company has no ethics!

Terrible, charge way to much. Poor quality of work.

Very very expensive ($495.50)just to replace a Spring, I was in a hurry and desperate to get it fixed and repairman knew it a took advantage.

While I cannot comment on the quality of service, I can comment on their professionalism. They came out to assess our door, and instead of obtaining permission prior to doing any work, proceeded to "repair" the door, and then write up a $120.00 bill for 10 minutes of work - lubricating the tracks and knocking a roller in place. They advertise a $29 fee to come out and assess - well then they should actually assess and obtain permission first. Would not have approved this "work" had I been asked.

Absolutely unbelievable fast and friendly service! The repair person diagnosed problem over the phone and I done a few adjustments on the sensor and wow everything is working fine, so he didn't even have to come out--but his quote would have been free even if he would have come to the house--can't beat that ! Would recommend that kind of service for everyone--too bad other businesses don't follow this example!!!
