Pauline is amazing! She really, really wants to banish those stubborn hairs. After years of a cycle of tweezing and scarring and re-growth, Pauline was able to permanently remove my most problem hairs. I would recommend Pauline to anyone looking for an effective technique and practitioner. I've plucked for years. Tried Electrolysis, didn't work. The electrolysis I had was painful and most came back. This is after two years! Pauline explains everything in detail, makes you feel comfortable and holds true to her word. After a couple of months, I see the hairs that she worked on gone, the first time with little pain! It may seem slower but with my "man" hairs, I wasted two years using the wrong technique. She's the only one I found in this city that does this as well. Thank you!
Having hair removed at Millbourne Electrolysis Centre has been a fantastic experience. Pauline is very kind as well as extremely knowledgeable. She takes time to educate you about the procedure and the expected results. The hair removal itself is nearly painless, and the results are excellent. I'm thrilled to know that those hairs are gone and won't be coming back. Being permanently hair-free is well worth the investment!
All I can say is if you want hair gone, this is where you need to go! Areas that were worked on two years ago are still hairless. This will save you so much time in the long run - I highly recommend them for permanent hair removal.
Being a ginger I spent THOUSANDS on laser with no reduction. However, every hair Pauline has had her hands on is literally gone. Don't waste your time and money going elsewhere; get it done right the first time and see Pauline!!
I started plucking those nasty chin hairs when I was about 15, and by age 30 was sporting a fantastic 5 o'clock shadow at anytime of the day or night. I was living in BC at the time, and found a lady who did electrolysis, and greatly reduced my facial hair, and increased my self confidence. Not sure which method she used, but Darlene, if you read this, know I love what you did for me. As fate would have it, we moved to Alberta, and I found an electrolysis studio, which boasted thermolysis permanent hair removal. I faithfully went EVERY week for four years.....and the hair kept on growing.....I got discouraged, and stopped going, because what she was doing wasn't working! I had learned not to pluck, which only encourages hair growth, and it was several years before I decided to give electrolysis a try again. After seeing the Millbourne Electrolysis add in the Yellow Pages back in 2009, I contact Pauline and had a great talk with her on the phone. She certainly seemed very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She took the time to fully explain her method, how it works, and my options. She really took the time with me to make sure I felt well informed. Plus, she's got a great sense of humour. She is now my favorite lady! Her method is permanent, which is why I rarely see her anymore, she's putting herself out of a job. But, luckily for her, my hormones are changing, so back to my favorite lady I go for some TLC, and a good visit. Pauline is lovely. Professional, informative, funny and honest. A true women of integrity, treating her clients with dignity and respect. I tell my friends: DON'T PLUCK!! Go see Pauline, and she, too, will become your favorite lady.

Pauline is very knowledgeable and professional. It is a pleasure coming to her office. She does a great job and keeps you relaxed and laughing as she works away. After a couple sessions those stubborn black hairs in the unwanted areas stopped returning!! The process really does work!
