Had a power steering pump leak. Dropped it off at 9 am Monday was to be done at 6 pm. He called at 5:15 pm said had tried to call earlier, which no record of call on my phone. Said want to discuss it before he did the work and wont be ready till next day. Then over charged me 40% markup on the power steering hose and 2.5 hour labor =$419.90. The dealership price is only $338.75 only 1 hour labor and vehicle to use. Cheap labor but takes 2x longer.

Hack shop Bought brand new tires for $500 leaked in a month. Went to show him he responded rudely “its your tires not my problem” and when i told him i got brand new he was blaming it on my rims which i used most of winters. He asked me to pay to fix my rims with no warranty. Wont go back and wont recommend anyone either if they wanna feel safe.

Mike is unprofessional, and does shady work, he also over charges, took him 3 times to fix , a starter unit on my vehicle, the hole in the resoviour, he just tryed caulking to plug the holes, also kept the vehicle for 4 days, and he charged almost $700.00 to do it

Don’t go here. Very shady. Unprofessional. This business shouldn’t be operating. The guy told me to come in wait time 10 mins. Took me 3 hours to get my tires changed, 1 hour to wait to be helped. Ontop of it over charged me than what they quoted me in the phone.

You think you are getting a good deal because the prices are low, but the work is shoddy and they use the cheapest parts without explaining the ramifications.

I had a favourite shop that I use to go to over the years, they do amazing work, but their labor cost is outrageous. I bought my car here to NBS Auto and let me tell you. I will never go anywhere else. These guys are amazing. They fix your car proper, with proper parts and they do it fast and exceedingly affordable. I will encourage anyone to try them and see if what I am saying is not true. Simply amazing.

came in last minute with a hole in my tire and they took me in and had it replaced in fifteen minutes. it was so much cheaper then what other franchise shops told me it would cost to replace. they made the situation so simple and stress free. Im never going to another mechanic every again!
