Summerside Medical Clinic

Receptionist in this clinic is very rude. She sounds east indian on phone. Each time I call there, she always says ' wiiillll youuuuu holdddd' in an aggressive and annoyed tone. Too bad. I like my doctor , but because of the receptionist I am leaving the doctor.

Rude and Condecending

The first time I saw Dr. Brar she was nice and attentive. The second (and last time) I saw her she was so rude and condescending! She was short with me and aggressive with her tone. All I went there for was a referral and she flat out was jumping all over me with accusatory statements. I have had this problem ever since I was little and I have just dealt with it. She kept questioning why I haven't talked with anyone about it. When she was typing she kept making breathing noises and was very short with me. She said that I should look into it with a different doctor and offered a short term solution. I tried explaining that I just go through the pain and discomfort everyday and so I haven's talked with other doctors about it but now I want to deal with it. She had no interest in helping but just made me feel like garbage. I will never go to her again! I will continue to see my previous doctor who works on the other side of the city.
