Summerside Pizza & Donair

I would give 0 stars if I could. We bought samosas from them and they were stale, the potatoes tasted weird as if they were very old. I can not believe they sold such bad quality food to customers. On top of all this, their service is horrible. They are very adamant and were in defiance of the fact that their food was bad. They refused to believe us. I guess, the customer is always right, is not valued by this restaurant. Someone could have even gotten food poisoning from the samosas yesterday.

Wow do not ever go here please, for your own sake. The place was such a mess with dirt and grease on the counter and a disgusting debit machine that appeared as if it had never been cleaned in years. Waited for 5 minutes and no one came to the counter. Rang a bell that was sitting underneath scattered papers, calculators, remotes. A lady finally came out from the back. The lady did not change her gloves after using the debit machine when she went to make the donair. They've added swinging doors so that you cannot see their gross kitchen. Furthermore, their FoodSafe certification expired on September 30, 2015. (This was after that date). They took 15 minutes to make one donair (no other customers), but whatever. It was probably the worst donair I've had, tasted like they dumped the whole bottle of black pepper on there. After eating it, I got a rash anywhere that I touched with my hands that were holding the wrapping. Surprised I didn't get food poisoning as well. I don't know what kind of filth or diseases are hanging out in that place/those unwashed hands. I will never ever go back here, and I honestly hope a food inspector makes a surprise visit to them because they would certainly get shut down to prevent spreading infection and illness to the customers. I am writing this not for that purpose, but to make people aware of the quality of food, service, and cleanliness that is severely lacking and potentially risky for infections etc. Save yourselves, there are much better/cleaner places to get donairs and pizza.

I can make better pizza myself. They are really cheap with the cheese and the toppings just fall off. First time and last time i order from them.

I am big fan of summerside pizza & donair. I absolutely love there pizza crust.i recommend there chicken n beef donair and there butter chiken, tandoori chicken pizza and donair chicken pizza. Great pizza & load of toppings just love it
