I had a mouth guard made upon their recommendation. I went traveling and picked it up when I got back. My benefits expired 6 days before I picked it up. They would not pre-date it to the date it was ordered, or post-date it until my benefits resumed.. even though they were the ones that made a point to sell it to me. I thought the experience was great initially but I cant see going back there after that.
