    Doesn't deserve o...

    Doesn't deserve one star. Tech did not keep appointment. Brought wrong windscreen as he failed to ask for the appropriate info about my vehicle. Then when I called to find out what was going on with the install I was given additude because "I had ordered the wrong windscreen!" How am I supposed to know what is the proper product? Isn't that what businesses are paid for? Don't we pay people to do a job we are not knowledgable enough or have the skills and time to preform on our own? All in all terrible service, wasted time and bad customer service in general. Would definitely not recommend.

    I find any positive comment hard to believe. My experience was terrible. The lady on the phone was very rude and short. My windshield leaked and was making noise. They were not willing to fix the install, so I had to take it elsewhere to get fixed properly. My suggestion, go elsewhere.

    Great people to d...

    Great people to deal with . Great service , they stayed late to wait for me to come in from Syncrude, and never charged me anything . They were able to Fix my side window in minutes , and never charged me because it was a simple fix . It would be great if there were more business like this!

    Using this compan...

    Using this company was the worst experience ever. The windshield was all scratched and they got black stuff all over the inside of my new car. To top things off the they were 1 hour late for the appointment. Save your money go elsewhere.

    Called around 9:3...

    Called around 9:30 in the morning and since they had my windshield in stock, it was installed in my driveway only 5 hours later. Price was reasonable for a truck windshield and in town installation at no extra charge is pretty fantastic. I would definitely use them again.

    I was quoted $220 ov

    I was quoted $220 over the phone and after the work was completed they charged us $320 with no compromise. Would not recommend.

    I am sorry that you miss heard what was quoted to you , but the reality is that I cannot be responsible for what you heard or misheard for that matter. I offered to match anyone's price in town. At $320 for your windshield , It was the best price in town.

    I WAS EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF MY WINDSHIELD, VERY POLITE, CLEANED UP THEIR MESS AFTERWARDS, REASONABLE RATE COMPARED TO OTHERS, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    excellent service!

    I am very impressed with the service . I ordered a windshield for my vehicle and 2 guys came to my house the next day to install it! They explained to me what they were doing as they did it. Both guys were very polite , and clean cut . They cleaned up their mess and took all the garbage. The whole thing took less then 1 hour. They really seamed knowledgable about what they were doing . Surprisingly they were the cheapest in town when I called around. I will definitely be recommending them , as everyone in town needs a windshield!

    Poor Business practice

    We had a ten oclock appointment with my company vehicle that took all day, by 1pm because my vehicle wasnt moved we ended up with a $120 ticket and then, after saying I wasnt impressed in the time it took, he argued with me about it when I brought it up! no sorry.... nothing....Not very impressive! They wont be getting any further business from us!

    I am sorry you feel that way. But I specifically informed you to park in the driveway. Unfortunately I cannot be responsible for your poor parking habits . Its illegal every where in fort Mcmurray to park across the sidewalk. I realize you think you are a very important person , but it is rude and illegal to park like that , and that is why I would not pay you're parking ticket.
