Grande Prairie Volkswagen

I haven now purchased 6 vehicles from Grande Prairie Volkswagen and my experience is always fantastic! I bought my first new car a 2015 GTI, then my wife bought her STI, and as life changed we bought a Jetta, Used Van, Golf Sportwagen, and most recently our Atlas. I will continue to bring them my business and send my friends and family!

GP Volkswagen is my favourite dealership and the only one I can recommend to friends. Their service department does awesome work and their service advisors and friendly and knowledgeable about pretty well everything cars. The sales department does a wicked Job making the car buy process a simple and easy to understand one. The parts department will find any part you need provided that you know what it is. GP Volkswagen is quiet possibly the best dealership. 10/10 would recommend

I've bought 3 vehicles from G.P. Volkswagen now, everytime was with a different sales person and Noel is by far the best yet!! She made me feel super comfortable and not once did I feel pushed into anything! She is incredibly relatable and easy going and this was the quickest we've ever gotten the keys in my hand! :D she is a fantastic addition to the team which always has amazing customer service!

Don't be fooled by the sales experience, this dealership has terrible customer service. The service department has made misleading recommendations, inconsistent with manufacturer recommendations. I have caught overcharges. They are unresponsive to concerns, inflexible and inconsiderate.

No good for oil changes, anyway

Good - Had a good experience once on the phone where a gentlemen helped me get my keys out of the ignition when they were stuck. Bad - Went for an oil change that was clearly performed by a careless newbie or something. Real sloppy job. Spilled oil everywhere, and the car was taken into the back a total of 3 times before they got the majority of the mess cleaned up. It still stinks and is smoking. Not happy. I'd expect this from almost any other oil-changing place, but not for 125 dollars, at a VW dealership where you go to keep your car in top shape. And know/expect that they know their own vehicles and how to do basic maintenance without nearly setting them on fire.
