    We ordered the ta...

    We ordered the taxi the night before. They didn't turn up at 0445 for a 0530 flight. They somehow had the wrong address. they didn't take my name or phone number so were waiting at the wrong house, wondering why no-one was appearing! We almost missed our flight, which would mean missing our connecting flight as well. the taxi was clean, did NoT smell of smoke, the driver was careful. However, the taxi MUST show up on time at the RIGHT addressAA

    Incredibly unprof...

    Incredibly unprofessional. I waited for an hour for my cab, it never showed or called, and when I called for another they refused to send one claiming that I was responsible for missing the cab. I was stranded downtown in the freezing cold for hours. I later emailed the company a complaint, and they did email me back for more information. However, the email made no sense, it literally looked as though whoever wrote it was drunk. I would rather walk home than ever try using this cab company again

    Had to phone twice to get very poor service

    Today at 3 pm I phoned for a cab to deliver a sample for me to the RegionalLab at the hospital, I was promised a driver within 10 mintes. After 20 minutes I phoned again. Finally at 3:40 the driver stopped at my house and contacted me by phone. I asked him to come to the door and he rang the bell at the (unused) front door with a sign: plesae use other door. I called at him several times and he rang the bell again! Finally I made contact and he came to the side door. He was very confused as the where to deliver the sample, even after I confirmed several times that is was to go to the hospital lab on 17 Street and 9th Ave S and even gave him directions. He seamed to think it was to go to the Dr office on Mayor Magrath Drive! I had to phone the office again to make sure he delivered it to the right place! All that for $15!!! BTW, I'm mobility disabled...

    Amazing service

    The other taxi companies take forever. This company is there quickly and promptly. They have friendly service and are clean. I've never once had a driver speed, so I don't know where that person got that idea. They have even provided a carseat when we were in a bind. You won't see that with the other companies. It's a smaller company so you expect some bugs, but over all they have amazing drivers such as Sam, and Lisa. I will never use a different company again unless I absolutely had to.

    I WILL ALWAYS USE YOU GUYS

    I CALL THE TAXI AND THEY TOLD ME 10-15 MIN THEY WILL SHOW UP AND THEY SHOW UP WITHIN 10MIN AND I CALL OTHER CAPS BEFORE AND THEY TAKE FOREVER TO SHOW UP I WAS WERE HAPPY AND THE CABBY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THE PERSON BEFORE ME TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT CLEAN AND OVER SPEEDING BUT THAT WAS NOT THE CASE FOR ME. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE.

    don't use!!!!

    New to lethbridge!! has to use GPS and overly speeds, making me very uncomfortable. Not a very clean inside or out.

    WE USE GPS FOR LONG TRIP AND EASY ACCUSE AND TRUTHFULLY OUR CABS CLEAN INSIDE AND OUT IF IS NOT CLEAN WE DO NOT SEND THE CAB OUT AND IF YOU TAKING A CAB AT NIGHT IT IS OUT OF THE CAB DRIVER HAND TO CLEAN IT RIGHT AFTER A TRIP BECAUSE IT IS VERY VERY BUSY THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE THE TIME TO STOP AND CLEAN RIGHT AFTER EACH TRIP.
