they are the hard...
they are the hardest company to actually get a claim done our adjuster was great but it took so so so so long and by the time we settled we seriously forgot about so much and then gave up...I think this is one of their tactics...seriously, they keep the claim going for so long that you give up..and don't be surprised it they won't renew you if you happen to live in the country
