Tardy. Not ready when promised. Expensive. I deplore the attitude to customers.

BUYER BEWARE- Quite literally the worst customer service I have ever received. Dropped item off and paid cash (as thats the only form of payment they take). When I went back to pick up the item, he refused the receipt and demanded payment again!!! I had to pay again - or be out my shoes!! Service he provided (for double the payment) was 1/5 at best. Repairs look cheap (heel isnt shaped properly) and will certainly not last

Great service, good quality

Had some boots repaired but I can no longer get them on my feet. The store told me that I need to pay for another repair to get them fixed. This seems unreasonable to me, so I refused to pay and I will take my business elsewhere.
