Yes! I CANNOT IMAGINE a person who would EVER leave a bad review about this practice. I have used several practices in Red Deer and was happy but Dr. Gregg at Piper Creek is the absolutely the very best ever!! Other staff excellent as well!

PLEASE save your self some time and heart break, do NOT bring your fur babes here, read the reviews and carefully pick a vet clinic that has integrity and has your fur babes best interest! I am so disappointed I spent 8 years building a rapport at Piper Creek. A place that made it clear this is not a relationship.

Dr. Greg and Dr. Mike have been amazing for our pets over the years, Dr. Mike is so gentle and calming with his bedside manner for our very old rescue dog. He takes his time and doesn’t rush him. He has been instrumental in getting our dog used to being handled. Dr. Greg is difficult to get in to but he is worth it! In fact, he has been the kind and compassionate guy that has put down two of our old dogs when it was time. He truly cares and he is gentle. Best vet clinic around!

I’ve been going to this clinic for 2 1/2 years with my beagle. Have pretty much bought everything for her through the clinic. Due to this covid thing they have put my dogs health at risk and I have changed vets.

It’s a shame that the miserable receptionist continues to drive customers away (me being one of them). It has nothing to do with my approach to her, I always come in cheery and friendly and expect the same in return. She is straight out rude and needs to lose her job. The other receptionist is an example of excellent customer service. Love the vets at this clinic, however I can choose what practice I like and I will choose one where the front staff seems to appreciate my business.

Have always taken our 4 pets to Piper Creek. Although the receptionist have never had the best customer service, the vets there have always been amazing. Yesterday when faced with a life threatening emergency with our dog we loaded him in our vehicle and raced to Piper Creek. On arrival I was hysterical and asked the girls at the front for help with my dog. I told them I think he is dying. We have been going to Gregg for about 15 years and I would not change Gregg for the world. I have never had a problem with reception. Sometimes the clients approach is not that pleasing. The client could be stressed, but not being polite is not going to help anything. You all keep up the good work!

The lady out front with short, light spikey hair just stares and looks angry. Doesn't say anything or smile. Really awkward. I see people complaining about the receptionists. If you had a bad experience with them, it's because you don't know how hard they work. At times, people are lined up out the doors because the owners are too cheap to hire more front end people. They don't seem to know how to run a business. I'd suggest selling or getting an actual manager who knows how to run a business.
