    Fantastic experie...

    Fantastic experience with this company...have used them twice 50k+ projects - new home construction....I chose this company after many community referral's made to me....including via home inspector...office staff was always available for follow-up projects questions....would highly recommend......my construction projects are in St. Albert and area....

    Excavator cribber package

    Overall I found this group of companies to be quite convenient. They took away a lot of hassle that I would have had to deal with on my own. I appreciated the quality of work and the knowledgeable staff. I called them with any questions I had and they always helped me. It was a bit pricier than one other company, but the quality was better and hassle free. It was worth it. Definetly going with them for my next house. Work was done in a timely manner especially considering I was just a small private job compared to the rest of the work they do.

    Difficult to work with... to say the least

    This company was paid >$50,000 for our project and did not even have the courtesy to provide quality or timely feedback throughout the duration of their project with us. In fact, we hired the company to contract our septic work. In June (prior to our construction being finished) we discovered that a check valve had not been installed and our basement backflowed with grey and black water. After speaking to the county we discovered that they did not even pull permits and that the septic installation they did has to be completely ripped out for an inspection. The company has been very difficult to contact regarding these issues and it seems they have no interest in repairing the job or protecting their reputation. The county is not trying to track them down to fix the job, because they are obligated to do so being that they did the job without permits and not to code. They did a great job on the concrete but DONT hire them to contract services that they do not understand (for example... septic installation)
