    Have always been treated with courtesy and respect by the Sylvan Lake Branch employees. I’ve had an account there since 1978 and have never had a serious issue.

    I was treated very poorly first by the teller and then a manager who was acting all superior and challenging. I would never bank at this branch, EVER!
