Worst customer service and service ever
Don't do business with this company. Worst company ever. They ended up charging a lot more than what they mention on their web site or on the phone. The problem started with the installation, the Bell guy came to install the line, but he did not finish his job, then the b2b2c tech came in to install their stuff. As the the (Bell) line was not installed, the internet did not work either. After the b2b2c tech said that bell has to come up and finish his job. I agreed with them and ask them to put a note in my files for reference. Then a dozen day later I was charge a full month internet service (without actually having it). Then I decide to call them to get a status of when I will actually have someone to finish the previous installation and why I have been charge for not having the service. After many hour of useless phone call they agreed to credit the time where I did not have the service. Then the next month came and they only credit haft of what has been agreed. I try to call again to understand what was happening, and they said that they will take half of the responisbility as the bell tech was not of their respnsibility. From all the hassle that I been having with them, I decide to cancel, then they charge me a 100$ fee for the installation service. So I ended up paying 140 $ for approximately 2 month of internet. Bottom line: GET AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
